Reps, LLC is looking to hire a highly motivated and talented Dispositions manager. One of our clients owns a start-up real estate investment company and we need someone who is experienced. The Dispositions manager will contact potential borrowers, arrange property showings, solicit and negotiate offers, move deals toward closing, and seek support as needed.

We have a career opportunity for a goal-oriented person who can build rapport quickly and does not get intimidated easily.

This is 100% remote work.

Your workplace should be quiet and away from any background noise or sound.

We work during US business hours and days.

This position is open to full-time and part-time jobs and definitely long-term careers!

Qualifications:

* Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to close deals over the phone

* Knowledge of real estate investing is a plus, however, being coachable and having the desire to learn new and innovative techniques is essential

* Must have strong experience as a Dispositions Manager

* Must know how to overcome objections.

* Excellent rapport builder with a direct selling style - using various sales techniques designed for consultative, relational selling

* Must possess a positive mental attitude, an open mind, and flexibility in approach.

* Must be coachable and enjoy improving themselves

* A fast starter, able to use their people skills and talents to build a long-lasting career within the real estate industry.

* Must have exceptional listening and problem-solving skills.

* Must have a hunter’s mentality and also be willing to bring business to the team as well.
